Volumetric Filling Nozzle

The VF nozzle provides precise, low-volume filling with ±2.5% accuracy. Once the volume is set, product travels from the pressure vessel through the line and VF dual valve into the syringe, then through the nozzle tip into a cartridge or capsule.

Pressure Vessel

Stainless steel, bottom-out vessels use back pressure for smooth, consistent flow through the tubing, minimizing waste and reducing air-bubble risk. Available capacities are 1L, 1g, 3g, 5g, and 10 gallons. Compatibility with ATG Pharma’s mixers and heating systems supports uniform heat distribution and cleaner, more efficient filling process.
