Designed to handle even the thickest lotions and balms, this system utilizes a pressurized product vessel alongside peristaltic pumps for precise dispensing. Additionally, you can upgrade to a dual nozzle system, effectively doubling output and boosting your team’s production capacity.
Peristaltic Pump & Pressure Vessel
This peristaltic system employs a positive displacement pump that compresses the silicone product tubing, drawing the product through the dispensing nozzles for a steady flow. The pressure vessel generates back pressure, ensuring that no product is wasted.
We offer tank sizes of 1, 3, 5, and 10 gallons. All our pressure vessels are compatible with our mixers and heating systems, ensuring consistent heat and product quality throughout the filling process.
Cosmetic Programming
The programming allows for customized dispensing patterns, making it ideal for cosmetic creams and topicals. This ensures an even deposit and a refined ‘swirl’ finish for a clean, polished appearance.
Custom Trays
Custom-molded trays are expertly crafted in-house to provide a precise fit for your specific products on the RoboCAP. Our team works closely with clients to design trays tailored to each unique container size and shape, ensuring seamless integration with the system. Each client receives three trays per container size or type, reducing operator downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
